Transfer from the Court of King’s Bench
2023, c.17, s.256
9(1)An action in the Court of King’s Bench may be transferred to the court with the consent of all the parties or by order of a judge of the Court of King’s Bench, on application of one of the parties, if the action is within the jurisdiction of the court.
9(2)An action transferred to the court continues as if it had been commenced in the court.
9(3)When a transfer is made under this section, a clerk of the Court of King’s Bench shall forward to a clerk of the court all documents on file with the Court of King’s Bench relating to the action.

9(1)An action in the Court of Queen’s Bench may be transferred to the court with the consent of all the parties or by order of a judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench, on application of one of the parties, if the action is within the jurisdiction of the court.
9(2)An action transferred to the court continues as if it had been commenced in the court.
